Deryl Zeleny is from Ontario and he independently found out the same things Heather reported in the Paradigm Report. He started his own campaign to change the system and then found the OPPT. He has now added the OPPT processes to his dealings with the court and banking systems.
This interview is 1.25 hours and is well worth your time. Deryl is a solid guy and he's very clear about what is going on, what he is doing and why he is doing it.
This should help anyone who is questioning whether OPPT applies in Canada.
