Meetup Notes and Actions

There were only 3 of us able to make it out today.  We missed some of the regulars who let us know they couldn't make it.  And, I was sad that a couple of new people who intended to come were not able.

No worries, we have another meeting in 2 weeks, May 5 at 2 pm.  Waves Cafe on 17th Ave & 9a St. SW.  See you there.

In the mean time, here are some things for you to think about and contribute.

At the last meeting we decided that our purpose as a group is to offer:

• Support
• Education
• Community

Today we talked about the education part.  

The OPPT Flyer is helpful but too confusing for someone brand new to all of this.  

We tried to answer the question.....

What does a person need to know if they are brand new to the topic of the PTW and freedom? 

We created the following Outline for a one page document and now it is up to ALL OF US to find the content to best fill in the outline.

1. Acknowledge the pain the person is feeling from economic slavery
2. Introduce the government as a corporation
3. Show how money is created
4. Show how banks, governments, and religions are used to enslave the people
5. Describe what OPPT is and what it achieved
6. Introduce the Courtesy Notice

In one page (maybe its double-sided) we can't say very much but we can introduce a concept and give some links/references where people can go to find out for themselves.

We need your help.  

• For each of these topics, please send me the best (short, concise, believable) article, audio, and/or video that you have come across.  If possible, we want to use Canadian info.  From what we receive, we'll pick best of the best.
• Can you think of anything else that should be in the outline
• Are you willing to help create the handout
• Start to create a list of ways to get this handout out there

Any comments, suggestions and help is most welcome and appreciated.  We'll see how far we get by the next meeting and work on it then, as needed.
